Phuket Property Villa in Cape Yamu


V VILLA, a Jean-Michel Gathy contemporary architectural masterpiece, has just been put on the market by Indigo Real Estate for 558,000,000 baht.
This grand 45000-square meter villa, situated on a 16,000 sqm plot of land on Cape Yamu Estate, includes a 100-meter priivate beach overlooking Phang Nga Bay.
The villa has seven bedrooms, all with ensuites, and a 40-meter infinity swimming pool, one of the larges provate pool in Phuket. It also has a gym with bay view, a state-of-the-art movie theater, a commercial style ktchen, and a suit of rooms to accommodate three lice-in staff.

The interior was designed by Hong Kong-based interior designer, Debbie Oppenheimer. All indoor and outdoor living spaces are decorated with hign ceilings, imported limestone floors and a range international building materials, so the structure stands as a unique work of architecture.

Cape Yamu Estate is a private community set on a wooded peninsula overlooking the limestone islands of Phang Nga Bay. World reknown designer Philippe Starck and architect Jean-Michel Gathy, well known for his work with Aman resorts, have created a villa development that includes provate residences with access to a fully equipped spa and restaurant, and a variety of other luxury services.
Cape Yamu Estate will be completed in 2012 with the lunch of Christina Ong’s boutique hotel.
