V VILLA, a Jean-Michel Gathy contemporary architectural
masterpiece, has just been put on the market by Indigo Real Estate for
558,000,000 baht.
This grand 45000-square meter villa, situated on a 16,000
sqm plot of land on Cape Yamu Estate, includes a 100-meter priivate beach
overlooking Phang Nga Bay.
The villa has seven bedrooms, all with ensuites, and a
40-meter infinity swimming pool, one of the larges provate pool in Phuket. It
also has a gym with bay view, a state-of-the-art movie theater, a commercial

The interior was designed by Hong Kong-based interior designer, Debbie Oppenheimer. All indoor and outdoor living spaces are decorated with hign ceilings, imported limestone floors and a range international building materials, so the structure stands as a unique work of architecture.
